Our History

Our company was established in 2013.  We started with a range of projects in recruitment and selection personnel for a Ukrainian national company-operator in the service sector.

We have done projects in: complex consulting services, development and implementation of new HR systems, org-modeling and org-design, mass recruitment for CIS countries, Europe, USA, consulting corporate clients in Internet Business and Info Business.

Together with our partners we have managed to: create and implement service standards, transfer distributions for franchising, create and implement performance systems.  This has allowed us to expand our markets and geographical specialization.  These projects apply to Production, Distribution, FMCG and Service Companies throughout Ukraine.

In 2014 one our consultants joined The Reanimation Package of Reforms and the Expert Advisory Council of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service as an expert participating in drawing up  the new Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service". 

And also we have added to our Service Packages some new Start-Up-projects, which we are taking with our partners.

Currently we are setting some new goals and objectives for R&C Kyiv Group LLC. It includes an extension of package and geography of services, HR innovations development. We are concerned with creating of new business models for our clients as well our expertise improving.

Adherence to high standards of professionalism, service and ethics, development of relations with partners and customers in projects implementation help R&C Kyiv Group LLC to be an active player in Management and HR-Consulting Services sectors in Ukraine.
